Kashi Cranes aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the technical nature of lifting equipment, the following conditions apply:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted only when:
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is defective or incorrect

Custom‑built or special‑order equipment is not eligible for return unless defective.

  1. Inspection
    All returned items undergo inspection. Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated in writing.
  2. Refunds
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds may exclude delivery or handling fees.
  3. Exchanges
    Where possible, defective items may be repaired or replaced under warranty.
  4. Non‑Returnable Items
  • Used lifting equipment
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Consumables or accessories not in original packaging
